We had an exceptional experience from beginning to finish! From our amazing checkin and front desk staff, to the boat captain and guides, grounds keepers/attendants/helpers and snorkel and chef crew- to restaurant and housekeeping staff and else on property. I’ve never experienced a more kind and happily helpful with initiative and good intentions staff, ever. And I’m very well traveled. A little pricey- but worth every penny. Most special, for me, was the dedication to accommodation for accessibility needs! They lack greatly in Belize and in our week long trip to multiple locations & establishments of all kinds- this was hands down the most happily willing and motivated to accommodate as much as possible staff and establishment!!!! Kudos!!!

absolutely everything. I was so impressed how our room was cleaned every time we stepped out. there was never a single mosquito in the actual room. our room got refreshed with clean towels more than once a day and the food was exceptional!!

Ten out of ten. The property is absolutely gorgeous. There is so much to see and do. We visited the distillery, went on the farm tour with Joseph as well as snorkel with the chef. The staff there love their job and the mission of Copal Tree goes far beyond just bring a resort. It is the largest employer in southern Belize, it is the steward of 12,000 acres and promotes responsible agro tourism. By the time we left, we were already talking about when we could come back.

The copal tree lodge was so amazing the customer service was superb and amazing. Everyone got to know you by name and made sure you got to where you needed to go during your tours. The tour guides are very passionate about their culture which made me wanna go live there.

Beautiful quiet rooms in the jungle. Lots of amazing activities. We loved bird watching, chocolate making, rum tasting, sunset cruise and snorkelling with the chef! Very friendly staff. Great hotel
